Our Holiday Nanny and Babysitting Service in Bali operates with a straightforward pricing structure. The standard hourly rate is AUD $7.50 per hour, plus a transport contribution to cover the nanny's travel expenses.
The applicable minimum booking time and transport fee depend on the location of your accommodation.
Service Areas and Minimum Booking Requirements
We divide our service coverage into four geographical zones:
Standard Service Area
- Minimum charge: 4 hours per day.
- Transport contribution: $3.00 per booking session.
Standard Plus Service Area
- Minimum charge: 4 hours per day.
- Transport contribution: $4.50 per booking session.
Extended Service Area
- Minimum charge: 8 hours per day.
- Transport contribution: $4.50 per booking session.
Undefined Service Area
- Minimum booking period: 2 days.
- Available exclusively on a live-in basis.
- For accommodation on one of Bali's surrounding smaller islands, the nanny's boat transportation costs must also be covered.

Example of Our Service Rates
To illustrate how our pricing works, an 8-hour nanny booking in the Standard Service Area costs:
- 8 hours of childcare: $60.00
- Transport fee: $3.00
- Total: $63.00
For families requiring continuous childcare, we also provide a live-in nanny arrangement. The rate for a nanny staying with your family and providing 24-hour availability is $120.00 per day.
Currency and Payment Information
All our official rates are established in Australian Dollars (AUD). These are our fixed base prices.
For your convenience, we also display approximate equivalents in other currencies. These conversions are calculated using the latest Wise exchange rates. They are provided for reference purposes only. Prices displayed in blue are expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Your quotation and final invoice will always be issued in Australian Dollars. Payment can, however, also be made in US Dollars.
Clear and Transparent Pricing
All prices quoted are per nanny, regardless of how many children you have. We do not impose additional charges based on the number of children being cared for.
Booking Deposits and Refunds
A deposit is required to confirm and reserve your nanny booking.
We believe that booking deposits should be handled fairly. If your actual use of our services is less than the amount covered by your deposit, the unused balance is refundable.
Unlike many other agencies, we will never simply retain your deposit because you have not used all the hours originally booked. Our aim is to provide a transparent and fair booking arrangement for every family.
